A Simple Connection

Vertero Films, Inc. and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors (collectively, "Vertero Films") do not accept, review, or consider unsolicited submissions of any kind.

No Unsolicited Material

Do not submit any unsolicited ideas, concepts, pitches, stories, screenplays, treatments, outlines, scripts, artwork, photographs, drawings, videos, reels, audio recordings, musical works, characters, formats, or any other creative, literary, or intellectual property material ("Material") to Vertero Films through any means, including but not limited to this website, email, social media, mail, or in-person contact.

Policy on Receipt

Any Material received in violation of this policy will not be read, reviewed, considered, or forwarded to any party. It will be deleted or destroyed without further notice at Vertero Films' sole discretion. No confidential, fiduciary, implied-in-fact, or other special relationship is created by submitting Material.

Authorized Submissions Only

Vertero Films will only consider Material submitted through: (a) a licensed talent agent, entertainment attorney, or authorized representative with whom we have an existing relationship, or (b) direct written invitation from a Vertero Films executive.

Waiver and Release

If you submit Material despite this policy, you acknowledge and agree that:

(a) No confidential, fiduciary, or special relationship exists or is created between you and Vertero Films;

(b) Vertero Films may already be developing, or may in the future develop, similar or identical material independently;

(c) You waive any and all claims against Vertero Films arising from any alleged use of your Material, including but not limited to claims for breach of implied contract, breach of confidence, unjust enrichment, or misappropriation;

(d) Vertero Films has no obligation to review, consider, compensate you for, or return your Material;

(e) Vertero Films may use ideas, concepts, or materials similar to yours without liability or compensation to you;

(f) You have the legal right to submit the Material and it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

No Compensation

Vertero Films will not provide compensation or credit of any kind for unsolicited Material.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to Policy

Vertero Films reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice.
